Located in Elmendorf Texas, we completely rehabilitated the interior and exterior of this house.

When it was initially bought, it was more than unappealing. It was dangerous. Because of all the issues, it was decided that we would completely gut the building and reconfigure it.

Wether it was framing, electrical, plumbing, flooring, tile, painting or cabinetry, D-MAR had their hand in putting all the pieces together. Between our in-house- crew and tight nit connections, the end result was both functional and beautiful!

Meet the Founders

D-Mar didn’t start with David and Daniel, it started with their father, Marcelino Martinez. Marcelino desired a better life for his family and in 1968, migrated as a legal Immigrant to the U.S. from Mexico. Living in a new world pushed him to learn the trade of carpentry and contracting.

With the influence of their father, David and Daniel began to learn and practice the techniques that they had grown up around. Eventually they would grow their skill set and like their father, desire more for their families.

In 1999, David and Daniel partnered up and created their own company known as, D-MAR. Since the founding of the company, both men have carried a philosophy of hard work and honesty to create a successful brand that ends every job with a beautiful product.
